Tai Chi Chuan

I began my journey in the art of Tai Chi Chuan in the year of 2013 under my Shifu Rennie Chong. In 2018, I  progressed to the point I began to assist and teach. A survey of the foundational principles of Physiotherapy and Tai Chi reveals how the disciplines flow into each other. In research papers from Medical Harvard School, Tai Chi is found to be one of the best active therapy methods to improve health. It combines the strengthening of body and mind on the same time. Meanwhile I am a certified instructor and happy to pass on my knowledge to improve others health.

Balance between Mind and Body, strengthening, improving flexibility, having full control over body movements. All these factors are key for a healthy immune system and a good health.
