Ich begann meine Reise in die Kunst des Tai Chi Chuan im Jahr 2013 unter meinem Shifu Rennie Chong. Im Jahr 2018 erreichte ich den Punkt, an dem ich anfing, zu assistieren und zu unterrichten. Ein genauerer Blick in die Grundprinzipien der Physiotherapie und des Tai Chi zeigt, wie die Disziplinen ineinander fliessen. In Forschungsarbeiten der Medical Harvard School wird festgestellt, dass Tai Chi f\u00fcr viele Krankheiten eine der besten aktiven Therapiemethoden zur Verbesserung der Gesundheit ist. Es verbindet gleichzeitig die St\u00e4rkung von K\u00f6rper und Geist. Mittlerweile bin ich zertifizierte Instruktorin und gebe mein Wissen gerne weiter, um die Gesundheit anderer zu verbessern. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
